We never liked traditional offices, so when the ‘co-working’ revolution came along and spawned yet more dreary and dispiriting places, we knew we could do better. Why couldn’t we design a more sophisticated environment that enriches and inspires? Foster a real community of interesting and likeable people? Create a place that doesn’t feel like an office, so working there doesn’t feel like work?
