The water and the inner container form an insulated zero point in the star connection between the electrodes. PARAT has used this successful concept of electrodes since 1993. Control system We have used our experience to develop a modern and robust boiler control system on the Siemens S7 Fail-safe PLC platform which is easy to use. Die Umwandlung von elektrischem Strom in Wärme ermöglicht es, in Zeiten der Überproduktion erneuerbare Energie zu speichern. So ist der Betrieb der Erneuerbaren Energiequellen sichergestellt – die Voraussetzung, um fossile Brennstoffe durch saubere Energie zu ersetzen. Der PARAT Elektrodenkessel stellt das kompakteste und kosteneffizienteste System zur Umwandlung von Strom in Wärme dar. PARAT Halvorsen hat als Erster einen schnell regulierbaren Elektrodenkessel entwickelt, der in 30 Sekunden von Minimal- auf Volllast gefahren werden kann. Dampf-Lösungen Der Elektrodenkessel von PARAT ist weltweit führend im Segment der Hochspannungs-Elektroden-Dampfkessel. Mit Drücken von 6 bis 85 bar und einer Leistung von bis zu 60 MW ist er die optimale Lösung für jede Anlagengröße. Der PARAT Kessel ist die ideale Anlage für alle, die ihre konventionellen Dampfkessel durch saubere elektrische Wärmeerzeuger ersetzen wollen. Durch den ohmschen Widerstand des Kesselwassers und den Stromfluss zwischen den Elektroden wird dieses verdampft. Fortlaufend wird mit Hilfe der Umwälzpumpe Kesselwasser im Verhältnis 10:1 zur Dampfproduktion im Kessel umgewälzt, wodurch für eine gleichmäßige Verdampfung gesorgt wird. Über die Drosselklappe wird der Füllstand der oberen Wanne geregelt und somit die Dampfmenge bzw. Kesselleistung eingestellt. Der Dampf sammelt sich im oberen Teil des Druckbehälters und wird über das Haupt-Dampfventil abgelassen. Steigt der Dampfdruck über den Sollwert, drosselt das System automatisch die Leistung. Ein wichtiger Parameter für den optimalen Betrieb des Kessels ist die Wasserleitfähigkeit. Um eine genaue Leistungsregelung des Kessels zu ermöglichen, wird die Leitfähigkeit des Kesselwassers kontinuierlich überwacht. Bei steigender Leitfähigkeit wird diese durch Abschlämmung konstant gehalten. Hochdruckdampf PARAT liefert AB SOFORT den Elektrodenkessel auch als Hochdruck-Dampfkessel. Der Kessel kann auf einen Nenndruck von bis zu 85 bar und eine Leistung von bis zu 30 MW ausgelegt werden. Die Anschlussspannung kann zwischen 6 und 24 kV gewählt werden. Dies ist der erste moderne Hochdruck-Elektroden-Dampfkessel der Welt. Diese Technologie kann zur Reduzierung der von konventionellen Heizkesseln verursachten Emissionen eingesetzt werden. Kombinierte Heißwasser- und Dampferzeugung Den PARAT Elektrodenkessel gibt es JETZT auch zur kombinierten Heißwasser- und Dampferzeugung in einem Kessel (zum Patent angemeldet), mit automatischer Umschaltung des Betriebsmodus. Überhitzung Unsere elektrischen Dampfüberhitzer sind separat mit einer Niederspannungsversorgung erhältlich. Heißwasser Fernwärmenetze bieten die Möglichkeit Wärme aus überschüssigem Erneuerbarem Strom aufzunehmen. Der PARAT Kessel ist die optimale Lösung für alle, die ihre konventionelle Wärmeerzeugung durch flexible und saubere Heißwasserkessel ersetzen wollen. Mit Hilfe des Heißwasserkessels können Schwankungen im Stromnetz durch Umwandlung des überschüssigen Stroms in Wärme ausgeglichen werden. Die Installation eines thermischen Speichers schafft die nötigen Kapazitäten, um bei Bedarf diese Energiemengen zwischenspeichern zu können. Zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt kann die Wärmenergie nach Anforderung in ein Fernwärmenetz eingespeist werden. Zur Erzeugung von Heißwassers wird das Kesselwasser in die obere Wanne gepumpt, in welche die Elektroden eintauchen. Der Kessel ist dabei mit einem Stickstoffpolster beaufschlagt und fungiert somit zugleich als Expansionsgefäß für den Primärkreislauf. Bei Überschreitung des Temperatursollwertes im Fernwärmevorlauf wird die Kesselleistung automatisch reduziert. Die Kesselleistung wird über den Füllstand der oberen Wanne mithilfe der Drosselklappe geregelt. Die Leitfähigkeit des Wassers ist ein wichtiger Indikator für den optimalen Betrieb des Kessels. Dank des ausgereiften Elektrodendesigns bleibt die Leitfähigkeit des Kesselwassers konstant und der Wasserverbrauch minimal. PARAT liefert Ihnen komplette Systeme inklusive Rohrleitungen, Regelarmaturen, Wärmetauscher und der Kesselsteuerung zur Heißwassererzeugung, z.B. für Fernwärmenetze. Der Elektrodenkessel verhält sich im Mittelspannungssystem als reiner ohmscher Verbraucher. Die innere Wanne bildet einen isolierten Sternpunkt zu den Elektroden. Aufgrund der ausgefeilten Elektrodengeometrie kann die Stromflussdichte an den Elektroden so niedrig gehalten werden, dass kein Verschleiß an den Elektroden auftritt. Dieses Elektrodendesign wird von PARAT seit 1993 erfolgreich eingesetzt. Kesselsteuerung PARAT hat mit seiner Erfahrung als Kesselhersteller eine moderne und robuste Kesselsteuerung basierend auf der Siemens S7 SPS-Plattform entwickelt. Das System ist einfach zu bedienen und kann über eine BUS-Anbindung an alle gängigen Prozessleitsysteme angeschlossen werden. Zudem kann über das PARAT Fernüberwachungssystem die Kesselanlage ortsunabhängig weltweit über das Internet überwacht werden. Das PARAT Fernüberwachungssystem ermöglicht somit jederzeit Online-Fehlerbehebung und Softwareupdates durch den Kundenservice von PARAT in Norwegen.
